The LondonActor website is owned by Search Advertising Ltd. We are a search engine for casting agents and talent managers to find actors and an agency for the extras.

In agreeing to join LondonActor you allow for us to use your images and details on the website. LondonActor will endeavour to find you work in the industry if you are registered as a film extra.

You are free to turn down any work that is not suitable or interesting enough for you. The working hours are varied and you will be given lunch/refreshments. Remember never to be late so plan your journey carefully.

Every so often, you may be asked to work in conditions that are not so appealing. Payment for any background work is done through LondonActor. We invoice the client and once we have been paid, we will pay you minus our commission.

The contract with LondonActor is for one year. The annual fee is currently £0.00 but this may be amended at a future date. Membership cancelations can be done by informing LondonActor by email (info@searchadvertising.uk).

LondonActor charges a commission of 20% that will be deducted from fees due to you. It is in your own interest to ensure that your images are up to date. You must inform LondonActor of change of address or telephone number. After each job placement, confirm your attendance with us. You are free to join any other agency.

In accepting a job from LondonActor you are bound by our terms & conditions. You are deemed to be self-employed and hence responsible for declaring your earnings. Do not consume alcohol or drugs as this may result in non-payment.

LondonActor is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers. The following statement has been prepared to inform our customers of what information we collect and this is treated in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 2018. The following information is collected:-

Personal information such as name, email and addresses, telephone number. Your preferences and use on email updates that are recorded by emails we send you. This is applicable only if you have chosen to opt in to receive email updates.

How is the information used? The information you have provided will be used for administration purposes and providing you with services or information that you have requested. In order to carry this out your information may need to be shared with associated agents and/or organisations related to LondonActor. We do not store credit or debit card information.

Cookies At LondonActor,

We reserve the right to update the Privacy Policy Statement.
