Iris Motoc is a London-based DoP and gaffer. She's drawn to experimental, character-driven visuals and lighting that feels motivated, emotional, and slightly imperfect. She enjoys pushing form and texture, while staying grounded in realism when the story calls for it. Iris works across narrative, documentary and fashion, moving fluidly between camera and lighting departments. Her training at the London Film Academy and on-set experience shaped a hands-on, problem-solving approach. She cares deeply about atmosphere, collaboration, and building a visual language that feels intentional rather than obvious.
